FAQ – Shopping Support Guide

How to Place an Order

Place the products you would like to purchase into your cart.
Proceed to checkout through the regular checkout option or PayPal.
Fill out your email, full name, and shipping address.
If a promotional code is available, enter it into the Discount box.
Confirm your address → enter payment details → click Complete Order.
After checkout, confirmation will appear on screen and will be delivered by email. Support: service@vireliix.com

Incorrect or Missing Items
Reach out to customer support with:

Your order number
A photo under 1MB that clearly displays the problem
Once verified, the correct products will be sent to you without additional charges. Email: service@vireliix.com

Confirming Orders
Your confirmation email will include the order number. If it is not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Modifying Orders
Order updates can be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is placed. Later changes may not be possible once processing starts. Contact: service@solentrra.com

Cart Operations

Add items: Select product variations → Add to Cart
View cart: Click the cart icon
Adjust quantity: Edit the Quantity section
Remove item: Select Remove

Use the most recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge/IE for a smoother website experience.

Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.

PayPal Payments
Choose PayPal → sign in → confirm your payment → return to the confirmation screen.

Applying Discounts
Type the discount code → select Apply → the savings will appear in your order summary.
