Return Policy
Order Cancellation
An order remains eligible for cancellation before it has been dispatched or before production has started.
If approval is granted before shipment, the complete payment will be returned to the original payment method.
After an order has been sent out, cancellation requests can no longer be processed.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the item.
To qualify for return processing, the following conditions must be satisfied:
The product must not be used and must remain in its received condition.
The item must be sent back with all original packaging included.
A valid purchase record or order confirmation must be supplied.
Please reach out to customer support before mailing any item back. Return guidance must be received and followed before the product is shipped.
Customers will pay no more than one shipping charge in total, which may include initial shipping and return shipping where applicable.
Returned products will not be subject to restocking charges.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and reviewed, an email confirmation will be sent to confirm that the return has been handled.
You will be notified whether your refund has been accepted.
If accepted, the refund will be sent back to the original payment method, typically within several business days depending on payment processing.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If the refund has not posted:
Review your bank account once more.
Contact your card issuer, as refund posting may require several days.
Speak with your bank, since processing timelines may differ.

Return Shipping
Instructions for returning the item will be sent after approval.
If the return is requested for customer-related reasons or personal preference, return shipping may be paid by the customer.
If the return involves a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product, return shipping will be covered.
