Fulfillment Time
After an order is successfully placed, most packages are processed, prepared, and shipped within five business days.
Once the package is released to the carrier, delivery usually requires approximately 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and shipping provider.
Transit timelines may occasionally be affected by:
• customs clearance procedures, inspections, or processing requirements
• carrier network delays or transportation issues
• severe weather, route delays, or other logistics-related factors
We appreciate your patience if shipping delays occur for reasons outside our direct control.
Shipment Tracking
Once your package has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information.
The tracking details can be used through standard parcel tracking platforms to check the shipment status and delivery progress.

Shipping Fee
Each order includes a fixed international shipping charge of $2.99 USD.
Shipping Availability
We currently support delivery worldwide.
If we are unable to ship to a certain region due to carrier restrictions or logistical limitations, we will inform you promptly and help make an appropriate adjustment.

Shipping Address Changes
Shipping address changes must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed.
After this deadline, the order may have already entered fulfillment, and changes to the address may not be accepted.
To request an address update, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

Separate Billing and Shipping Addresses
Customers may choose a delivery address different from the billing address entered at checkout.
Fulfillment Schedule
Orders are fulfilled only on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders submitted during weekends are typically processed on the following available business day.
Warehouse and Production Fulfillment
Depending on inventory availability, products may be dispatched from regional stock centers.
Some items may also be manufactured and shipped directly from production facilities in the United States, Canada, or Australia based on inventory assignment and logistics planning.
